BLOCK GAUGE

The standard block gauge has a rectangular shape with two opposite flat and parallel faces. It achieves high dimensional accuracy and has a very high surface gloss.

Introduction to block gauge

Block Gauge is a product line and equipment manufactured by Niigata Seiki – Japan.

Application of block gauge

  • High precision gauges are used to calibrate lower precision gauges
  • Used to check the accuracy and calibrate other measuring devices
  • Used in measurement as comparative measurements, standard settings for measuring devices
  • Used to check the accuracy of processing machines

Features of Block Gauge

  • Resistant to abrasion during sample processing
  • Made of durable carbon chromium steel and ceramic
  • The block gauges in the block gauge set can be assembled together to form different measuring ranges with high accuracy
  • Compact design in a wooden box for easy storage
  • Manufactured according to JIS standards (grade 0 and grade 1)

A standard set includes many standard gauge bars with different sizes contained in a box.

Type of Block Gauge
