Internal Gear Gauges

Specification:

Measurement of internal and external gear gauges, taper and ovality. Applicable for internal and external gear gauges (straight-sided orhelical) and for gears with even or odd numbered teeth.

Internal Gear Gauges:
– Range between balls Mi = 3.5 to 333 mm
– Starting from Mi = 9.3 mm (T-ZM3!) the ball anvils are interchangeable
– Measuring range from 0.6 to 3 mm, depending on model
– Identical to Split-Ball and Plunger Probe system Measurement of diameter and length
Alternative: self-centering Plug Gauge BMD-IV (starting from cylinder-Ø 10 mm) for serial measurement

External Gear Gauges EG

Specification:
Flexible indicating 2-point measuring instruments for external gear gauging
External Gear Gauges:
– Range over balls Ma = 0 – 140 mm
– Available in four measuring ranges: Ma = 0-30, 0-70, 30-70 und 70-140 mm
– Ball anvils are interchangeable

DIA-COME (for gear gauging)

Specification:
Flexible und sturdy measuring tables for measurement of I.D. and O.D. DIA-COME measuring tables are offered in different sizes, layouts and measuring ranges. They are often used close to the production machine, e. g. for measurement of samples.
DIA-COME C2 measuring tables are available in 3 sizes. They have a fixed and a moving measuring contact. Measuring range of the moving contact is 20 mm. The C2 tables cover different measuring ranges.
